1. Who we are
This website is operated by Shandong Shunfutai E-Commerce Co., Ltd. (91370303MA3DFDWA7P), registered at Zibo, Shandong, China. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to that company.
2. What we collect
We only receive personal data that you choose to send us:
- Enquiry details — your name, company, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, destination port and the content of your message.
- Correspondence — the emails, WhatsApp messages and documents you exchange with us while we prepare a quotation.
How the enquiry form works. The form on our contact page does not send data to a server we control. It opens your own email application with the details you typed already filled in. Nothing is transmitted until you press send in that application. This website does not create accounts or store form submissions in a database.
3. Cookies and analytics
This website sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party tracking scripts. The site loads all of its files from its own domain, including fonts and icons, so visiting it does not disclose your IP address to a third-party font or analytics provider.
If we later add website analytics or advertising pixels, we will name the provider in this section and update the date at the top of the page.
4. How we use your data
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quotation or proforma invoice.
- To arrange vehicle sourcing, inspection, shipping and export documentation if you place an order.
- To keep records required for accounting, tax and export compliance.
We do not sell your data, and we do not send marketing newsletters to people who have only made an enquiry.
5. Who we share it with
Only where necessary to fulfil your order:
- Freight forwarders and shipping lines, for booking and customs clearance.
- Banks, for payment and documentary credit handling.
- Inspection or certification bodies, if you request an inspection or a certificate.
- Our email and messaging providers, which process messages on our behalf.
6. Where your data is held
Enquiries are received in our email and messaging accounts. Order documents are stored on our own computers and, where required by Chinese export regulations, in the records of the relevant authorities.
7. How long we keep it
Quotation correspondence is kept for up to three years so we can pick up a repeat order quickly. Export and accounting records are kept for the period required by Chinese law.
8. Your rights
You may ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to xinglianghao1@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. If your request concerns data we must keep for export or tax compliance, we will explain what we are required to retain.
9. Children
This website is intended for business buyers. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their data.
10. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
